Which sequences are very variable between populations? I am working on some grass (Echinochloa Crus-galli) and Iwant to find a sequence in the genome that are very variable at the infraspecifics level (between two population of the same species). I have already sequence ITS1 and ITS2 of the DNA ribosomal genes but I dont find enough variation between the populations.
