Is there any sequencer for polypetides that one can limit its search by length? I am trying to find a 80 amino acid long polypeptide, or at least cut down the search to a few different proteins. I have utterly no idea of the sequence though, kinda hard to explain... Well if you know please email me with the URL, Thanks
