Okay, can you tell me how to get the Kimura values as well as the p and q values out of Clustal W? I have to admit to a loss of memory--I'be done this for most of my data set, added a new piece to the puzzle and can't get back to this info. I'd appreciate help on this. Debbie Moore DMoore at uab.edu
