FACULTY POSITION - EVOLUTION AND ECOLOGY


The Department of Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Houston
invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the
ASSISTANT, ASSOCIATE, or FULL PROFESSOR level. 

Applicants in all areas of population biology will be considered,
especially those using molecular approaches to evolutionary or
ecological questions in marine or terrestrial systems. The position
requires a Ph.D. and postdoctoral experience. The faculty member will
be expected to develop a nationally-competitive research program and
participate in graduate and undergraduate teaching. The Department has
spacious laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment, strong research
programs and encourages active research collaborations among its
faculty.
