Help needed

Hi there dear netters,
I need an information. 
Has anyone isolated functional reverse transcriptase from plants. I 
could not find any reference in the PubMed of NCBI. I wonder why there 
should not be any report in the ncbi database. Is there any technical 
problem associated with its isolation from plants? I will highly 
appreciate getting any references.
