Help: depositing sequences in database?

It's true.  GenBank has SEQUIN and BANKIT available to help
you sumit to them at NCBI:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Web/Genbank/submit.html

EMBL, the DNA Databank of Japan, NCGR and a few other
sites take submission too.  All these databases share
the data, once entered.
