Hello,

I've been working on the genetic structure of the red billed
chough(Pyrrochorax pyrrhocorax, Corivdae)  western paleartic popolations,
using mtDNA sequences.

I'm looking for informations about "supposed" nuclear copy of mtDNA genes in
the Corvidae Family, due to some unusal result I've obtained while trying to
sequence the d-loop region in coughs and in Corvus corone samples. Thanks.
