Is it possible yet to do ML analyses (i.e. heuristic or global searches)
of multi-partition datasets, in which different models are specified for
each partition (so-called mixed-model analyses)? As far as I can tell,
this isn't possible with PAUP 4*, but perhaps someone has written
something specifically for this purpose.
