[Molecular-evolution] Natural Variation Lab Online

Hi, I need to design some online labs for a 3rd year undergraduate course in Molecular Ecology/Evolution.  I want to introduce students to practical aspects of natural variation research/analysis.  Ideas for labs using online tools would be greatly appreciated.
