windows oligo analysis (PCR primer) program

I am looking for a shareware (available throught the internet (ftp)) or
commercial package to be used with Windows or Mac that does the following:

1.	Melting temperature calculations
2.	Self-complimentarity analysis
3.	Compare and contrast primer sets for primer dimer formation
4.	Facilitates maintaining a database for a large number of oligos with the
						   information calculated in 1-3 above.
