3D rendering and animation of proteins

I am preparing a 3D animation of 2 proteins interacting electrically  and 
would  like some information on how to convert my 6M .fli to an .avi or 
mpeg as I would like to distribute this to Mosaic sites. Also, any information
on stereo-view mpeg players for PC platforms would be greatly appreciated.
