help on molec-model

Dear colleagues:
	I am interested in molecular modelling simulation. At the moment
I am using the RASWIN software, and I am able to simulate polipeptide chains
along. I wonder if it is possible to model out a combination of both: A protein
in combination with a short peptide or two proteins which naturally forms an
heterodimer.
	Is it possible with RASWIN? Do I need a different software?
