Molecular Mechanics--Share/Free-Ware???

Hello Chemistry-Minded-Folk,

Are there any molecular mechanics minimization programs available for FREE?
 I would like to minimize structure which I generate from Visual Basic.  If
the code is available in something like C/C++ or Fortran, I can just call
it from Visual Basic and have it return the minimized coordinates.
