I want to bring the program SCWRL to your attention. It uses a
backbone-dependent rotamer library and steric clashes with a combinatorial
search to build a given sequence onto a template backbone. It is
described in Bower MJ, Cohen FE, and Dunbrack Jr. RL, J. Mol. Biol.,
267, 1268-1282, (1997) and other information, including instructions
for obtaining SCWRL, is at:
