Two Postdocs in molecular modeling, J.G. Brown Cancer Center, U of
Two postdoctoral positions are immediately available within the Human Tumor
Biology Program at the
James Graham Brown Cancer Center, University of Louisville.
There are a variety of structure-based drug design projects available
ranging from DNA, duplex, triplex,
and quadruplex systems, to protein:DNA and protein systems. The positions
will closely interact with
macromolecular NMR, medicinal chemists, and molecular biologists.
Experience in molecular dynamics,
particularly the Amber and/or MSI software packages, is required.
Additional experience in either organic
synthesis or biophysics, and programming skills including FORTRAN and unix
is highly desirable.
