Using Maya to Model Protein Structures

 Has anyone used Maya to model protein structures.  I am interested in using
space-filled representations of complexes to depict biological processes
such as photosynthesis and mitochondrial electron transport.  Does anyone
know of a way to use the information in a .pdb along with Maya or can point
to a WWW site or person who might have already done this.
