Metarhizium for termites

I am looking into the microbial control of termites.  There has been
considreable work done (particularly in this country) on the
possible use of _Metarhizium_anisopilae_ and yet I only know of one
case of successful real-world use.

Anybody know of another?

(How about nematodes? too!)
