Hello, everyone,

My name is Linda Evers.  I'm a mycology grad student (Humboldt State Univ.
Arcata, CA, USA).  i'm trying to isolate naematode capturing fungi, and need
to know how to establish naematodes in culture, ie. what bateria is best 
to maintain cultures, what agar, etc.  I think I have some fungal species
in culture already but I need to isolate and verify them.
