WRF isolation

I am currently doing research on the potential of WRF to biodegrade 
xenobiotics.  The problem is that the cultures I am working on are relative 
low enzyme producers.  I need to isolate a few high producers of enzumes 
like LiP and MnP.  Can someone recommend a good isolation medium for WRF 
from rotten wood etc.
