There are a couple of articles about the commercial morel facility in
Michigan in "The Best of Spores Afield" available through the internet. 
Point a Gopher at  <gopher.igc.apc.org> and open the "Environment" menu,
then the "Miscellaneous" menu to the "Mycology & Mushrooms" menu.
