Acquire a medium called Mycocel or Micobiotic agar.  There are two
inhibitors. 
Chloramphenicol for bacteria and Cycloheximide for saprophitic fungi. 
Using the aformentioned layering technique - make your medium sandwich
with one layer of PDA and the other C&C medium.
