Fungal Genetics Workshops

        The policy committee of the Fungal Genetics Conference is 
soliciting recommendations from the fungal genetics community for
 workshop topics for the 19th Fungal Genetics Conference.  The 
conference will be held at Asilomar conference center sometime 
in March of 1997.  The program currently calls for four afternoon 
or evening sessions for workshops with a possible fifth session 
on Sunday morning.  The policy committee will review all
suggested topics and make recommendations to minimize 
overlap and scheduling conflicts with those of similar interest 
groups.  Please send your suggestions to the chairman of the
