Shiitakes and black mushrooms - Latin names - please help!

About the black mushrooms:
mu er means tree mushrooms. There are at least three species, the two
most common being Auricularia polytricha and Hirneola auricula judae. A.
polytricha is much larger and is referred to be the Chinese as Woolly
wood ear (mao mu er). Fresh mushrooms can be as large as 25 cm. They
typically have a haired side.
The small ones (less than 2 cm in a dried stat) are probably Hirneola
auricula judae
