request: deuteromycete key and growth media

I'm messing with some imperfect fungi, and I expect to find Phialophora, 
Phialocephala fortinii and/or Rhizoctonia.  Phialocephala is not in 
Barnett 4ed, and I'm hoping someone will tell me of a more inclusive key, 
preferably one which will take me to species.  I've also noticed that 
much of the stuff I have seems to fruit more on malt extract agar than on 
PDA or CMA.  Consequently I'm looking for an inexpensive source of MEA 
(Fisher is rather pricey.), and/or other media which support 
gobs-o-conidiogenesis.
