Defined growing media for Agaricales

Dear fellow myco-addicts,

I need some info on artificial growing media for Agaricales. Has anyone 
of you ever grown anything like that on agar-based media? If so, or if 
you ever read about it, could sporophores be formed? Please drop me a 
line.
