oil/grease eaters?

Greetings all:

	I am looking for fungi that are used in breaking down oils, fats, and 
grease.  I heard that some organism was being used to eat the pollution off 
old buildings. As well, I know some bacteria can digest petroleum products 
such as oil spills in land or water. Any people or info contacts would be very 
appreciated.
