Fatality after consuming hallucingenic mushrooms

Semilanceata are relatively weak psilocybes. It takes 20 to 40 mushrooms
to produce a hallucinogenic effect. More likely, this man accidentally
ingested a few poisonous non-psilocybe specimens.
