Fatality after consuming hallucingenic mushrooms

Actually this death report looks highly suspect to me, I know many
people who have eaten way more than 100 Psilocybe semilanceata...
While this is quite stupid it isn't anywhere near the LD-50...
P. semilanceata is a tiny mushroom too, so 50 aren't really  a lot!
