Is there anybody reading this who could give me some info on the lipid
content of M. furfur cell wall (approx. 15% I believe....?)
Also, does anybody have a protocol as to how to de-lipidise yeast cell walls
- can we use chloroform: ethanol 2:1 ? Are there any subsequent
biochemical tests to find out if we have removed all the lipid?
Any help will be appreciated.
