Eating Sulfur shelf

	I have found it to be delicious fired with onions and garlic 
and turned into an omelette, but somewhat slimy and insipid (to borrow 
David Arora's favorite term when fried and eaten without making the 
omelette.  I think the egg adds much to its texture and flavor.
