Tricholoma giganteum

     Could anyone direct me to literature on the biology of Tricholoma 
     giganteum Mass. (= T.praegrande (Berk.) Sacc.) especially in regards 
     to whether or not it is mycorrhizal, saprophytic or parasitic, and its 
     preferred habitat.
