filamentous fungi in food?

I know of several filamentous fungi used as starter cultures in food.
These include Penicillium camembertii and P. roquefortii in cheese
manufacture; P. jensenii/nalgiovense for fermented sausage, Aspergillus sp.
for oriental fermented foods and Fusarium graminearum as Quorn.
Are there other uses of filamentous fungi as human food?
