"Beefsteak Mushroom"

The blood red sap and the general bracket shape of Fistulina hepatica 
very much suggest a beefsteak. In the UK it also has the common name 
Ox-tongue.

If its of any interest the infected Oak timber is sort after by the 
furniture industry for its rich dark brown colour.
