Mucor circinelloides

I am working on a project for a mycology class and need to locate info on
this fungus. I have already looked up the taxonomy and found most of the
other species that have now been moved into this one. However, most of the
liteature I have been able to come up with deal with either cultured growth
or medical info. 

Any additional help on this would be greatly appreciated
