Forcing oak Shiitake logs for a display on Saturday?

Hi:

For our MMU Mush-Show this Saturday in Keene, NH, I'd like to bring
some shiitake loges that I inoculated last year.  They are fruiting
sporatically but I'd like to force some for a display.  Can anyone
tell me, if I want fruiting bodies for Saturday, when should I soak
the logs and for how long.  They're about four feet by four to seven
inches, white and red oak.
