Oyster Mushrooms Out

Yesterday at Jones Creek Tree Farm found a hybrid stump innoculated with
Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting. Sliced and sauteed them last night with chop
suey. Will search along the Columbia River today for more.

Also found 2.5 pounds of fresh Tuber yesterday.
