substrate formulations and processing for oyster mushrooms

There are many substrate formulations that I am aware, but the rule of thumb is
that one should use what is available locally to be economically feasable. 
We have clients is areas where sugar cane is abandant and others rice straw.
However 
wheat straw and cotton seed hulls are mostly used.
