I've got oyster mushroom mycelium growing quite happily on MYG agar. I got the isolate from a mushrrom on a tree last week. I'd like to produce some mushrooms, but can't decide the best way to go about it. Shall I try the schoolkids way of doing it on toilet paper, shall I get some woodchippings, old newspaper, or what?
