Ectomycorrhizal Cultures

Hello there group,
A collague of mine is seeking information on suppliers of common 
ectomycorrhizal inocula (on a smallish scale) in connection with a 
project on forest sustainablility.
Suppliers in Europe would be useful but other parts of the world would 
be of interest as bulk amounts are not envisaged.
I knew of one company here in the UK but they have stopped trading.
