help!! How do I cure Athletes Foot that just won't go away?

Hi James,

I have transmit your problem to doctors of my lab. They propose the use
of ketoderm cream 2% (ketoconazole) between your fingers, during three
weeks. They told me that use of Lamisil tablets for an athletes foot is
unsuitable, and that is all!
