Hello, I want to make solid media ( like agar plate) in the range of 1 - 2 pH. I have heard that agar will not set up under this condition. Are there any tricks to get agar to set up at low pH, or could anyone recommend an agar substitutue that is more pH stable? Thanks, Lance Hopman lhopman at acrymed.com
