Need cultivation demo for club

I have to give a talk for my mushroom club in May.  I would like it to be something that 
the members can do in their kitchens without any special equipment.  I've pretty well 
exhausted Pleurotus.

What else can be grown with just pasteurization and no HEPA filtering?

Reishi?  Shiitake?
