[Mycology] Amanita Muscaria Cultivation

Hi!
	I'm looking for information on the cultivation of A. muscaria  
mycelium, with an eye towards compound extraction.  Optimal growth  
temperature, growth media, bulk methods, that sort of thing.  I  
haven't had much luck online, nor with tracking down any  
publications, so any info would be appreciated.  Thanks!
