[Mycology] Quantification of nematophagous fungi

I am currently working on biological control of nematodes in the soil using the nematophagous fungi. To do this, i have to quantify the nemtophagous fungi in the soil before planting and after the maturity of my test crop.
  could somebody kindly assist me with protocol of quantification of these fungi. I will be intersted with Arthrobotrys oligospora.
