The only person I know who has cultivated C. cibarius is Dr. Eric
Danell.

But I'm not sure it will help you. If I recall correctly, Dr. Danell
also proved by DNA analysis that C. cibarius has a very limited growing
area. Poland is not known to be part of that area. Instead, your
Cantharellus is probably a different species.

Here is how I have grown Cantharellus formosus outdoors: take 1" square
segments of fresh Cantharellus formosus, and bury them near the feeder
roots of Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii). This should be done only
during that period of the year when C. formosus is fresh, and known to
be fruiting. Do not use frozen material.

Even so, this is not what I would call a *proven* method. I did it
once. Dr. Danell did it with C. cibarius inoculated onto Pinus
seedlings at Oregon State University, and had sporocarps fruiting out
of the drainholes the seedling trees were planted in.

To my knowledge, that is the only current experience of anyone growing
C. cibarius in a greenhouse situation, with abundant controls.
