[Mycology] nocardia bacteria

I was just searching the internet for nocardia when I came upon your
question from 1995 on a mycology mailing list.  Did you ever find a
solution to the nocardia problem at the sewage works?  I am looking at a
plant with a similar problem.  It is a high rate plant with a short
hydraulic retention time, a sludge age of 3.5 days and a high proportion
of fat and grease in the sewage.  I understand they grow faster at low
temperature which is why you probably had the problem in Canada.

 

Any advice you could pass on would be appreciated.
