Probably an Omphalotus species with a lighter orange coloration.  Perhaps O.
olivascens?    I've read that O. illudens and O. olivascens have been both
grouped as variants of the same species, O. olearius.

W/O a spore print and information regarding bruising/staining, it is
difficult to difinitively place this mushroom.
