[Mycology] First Edible Fungi 1999

We appear to have Calocybe Gambosa in mid- September. We are located in 
Eastern Townships, Quebec, Canada.They are indentical to those described in "The 
Ultimate Mushroom Book" by Jordan and Wheeler,1995.  

The only reference to the St Georges mushroom  appears in English mushroom 
books and not in American  or Quebec books? This creates an identity crises.
