[Mycology] Help with culturing Agaricus

Hi all,

I am looking for help, ranging from advice to possible collaboration, on the culturing from spore of a new species of Agaricus from Wisconsin. I have done very little culturing in the past, and never from spore, but I do have access to lab facilities. This Agaricus has desirable properties that make its cultivation worth pursuing.
