Schizophrenia..

Hi,

I don't have any medical background. I am doing research in neural
network . Could anybody please explain to me the cause of
Schizophrenia ? Is there a cure for this illness ? Is it true that
they sustain their intelligence ?

Is there any psychiaterist on the net ?
